Durango International Airport or simply Durango Airport, is a commercial airport located in the state of Durango, Mexico. The airport serves the city of Durango and its surrounding areas. It is the state's only international airport with direct flights to the United States. The airport is located approximately 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) southeast of the city of Durango. It has a single terminal building that serves both domestic and international arrivals and departures. The airport has a runway that is 2,745 meters (9,006 feet) long and 45 meters (148 feet) wide which can accommodate large aircraft like the Boeing 747 and Airbus A380. The airport is served by airlines such as Aeroméxico, VivaAerobus, American Airlines and Delta Airlines, among others. It offers various passenger services including restaurants, shops, car rental services, and a VIP lounge.
